Smoked Brisket by the Pound

Our Texas-style beef brisket is seasoned and slow-smoked over hardwood until tender, then sliced and ready to serve. Order it by the pound for family dinners, weekend gatherings, parties, and build-your-own BBQ spreads.

Plan on approximately ⅓ to ½ lb per adult, depending on how many sides and additional meats you are serving.

• 1 lb serves approximately 2–3 people
• 2 lb serves approximately 4–6 people
• 3 lb serves approximately 6–9 people
• 4 lb serves approximately 8–12 people
• 5 lb serves approximately 10–15 people

House BBQ sauce is included. Pickles and onions are available upon request. Buns, hot sides, cold sides, and additional meats are sold separately.
