All American BBQ pulls from barbecue and comfort food traditions across the country. The menu starts with real hardwood-smoked BBQ, then brings in regional sides, sauces, seasonings, and specials inspired by the way America eats.
Russel Matson has been running the smoker at The Meadows since 2002, using a Lang Model 84, trailer-mounted, log-burning hardwood pit. That smoker is still at the center of the restaurant, turning out brisket, pulled pork, ribs, chicken, and specials for locals, golfers, visitors, and anyone driving through the Catskills hungry.
Alongside the smoker, the menu brings in burgers, hand-battered Southern-style chicken, charro beans, jambalaya, homestyle sides, and lighter options.

The restaurant sits at The Meadows Golf Center, but it is built for more than golfers. It is low-key, fast casual, and easy to walk into after golf, after work, with the kids, or after a day out in the Catskills.
No dress code. No members-only vibe. Just good food, cold drinks, outdoor seating, mountain air, and a view over the course.
