Good to Know

Advance Notice Helps Us Do It Right

Because our BBQ is smoked in limited quantities, larger catering orders are best planned ahead. For bigger groups, specialty items or events with dietary needs, earlier notice gives us more room to build the right menu.

Planning a larger event? Reach out as soon as you have a date and rough guest count. Final quantities and menu details can usually be tightened up closer to the event.
