Return & Refund Policy
At this time, The Meadows Golf Center and All American BBQ primarily sell non-shippable items and advance reservations, including golf tee times, league fees, tournament fees, golf lessons, BBQ buffet tickets, gift certificates, and other event-based purchases.
Because most purchases are tied to a date, time, or reserved space, our return and refund policy is different from a standard retail store.
Reservations, tee times, lessons, leagues, tournaments, and ticketed events
All sales for tee times, golf lessons, league fees, tournament fees, BBQ buffet tickets, and other ticketed or reserved events are generally final.
If you need to cancel, reschedule, or request a credit, please contact us as soon as possible at info@meadowsgolfcenter.com or 845-586-4104. We will do our best to help when notice is given in advance, but refunds are not guaranteed.
In some cases, we may offer:
- a reschedule to another available date or time
- store credit for future use
- a refund when an event is canceled by us or cannot be provided as planned
Weather and course conditions
Golf, mini golf, and outdoor events may be affected by weather or course conditions.
If The Meadows closes, cancels, or determines that a booked service cannot reasonably be provided, we may offer a reschedule, house credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
If weather is uncertain but we remain open, purchases are generally non-refundable.
Gift certificates
Gift certificates are non-returnable and non-refundable unless required by law.
Food and BBQ purchases
Prepared food, buffet tickets already used, and other perishable food items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
If there is an issue with a food order or event purchase, please contact us right away so we can review it and make it right where appropriate.
Merchandise
If we add shippable merchandise in the future, this policy will be updated. Until then, this policy applies primarily to reservations, services, tickets, food-related purchases, and gift certificates.
Incorrect charges or booking issues
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or there was a problem with your booking, contact us promptly at info@meadowsgolfcenter.com or 845-586-4104 so we can review the issue.
Refund timing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
