So all of the matches played by 1st thru 4th place teams played to 9-9 draws (though Bill D lost two points for his team by showing up on the 4th tee) .... Perhaps we can listen to our league admin and call each other up a day or two before our match to work out when and what time (or in Bill's case what day) we're playing our match so that we're all on the same page? I know that for week 16 John M. wants to play early or he'll need a substitute... can you guys work it out beforehand? Perhaps you already did?

Sure do hope John M / Bill D vs Dustin / Mitch V.H. can work out without any substitutes even if it's played Tues or Thursday if earlier Weds isn't possible? Another note... former Giant Killer Kenny J is playing his favorite opponent Gary H who might have just figured out his swing now that "he has nothing to play for"... also Joe / Carlos are picking up a whole lotta strokes vs Christian / Marshall and if Joe plays up to (net) par it could be a heck of a match as Carlos, Christian, and Marshall all played close to net par in week 15...
Net scoring seems to indicate that the handicaps are spot on as 6 players shot net par or better and 9 of 16 were within a stroke of net par or better... average net under 31 with a 90% handicap tells me we're good... Par 29 ... 10% is 2.9 so net 31.9 is what we're looking for and we were at 30.88... Bill Drew continues to celebrate the spirit of Nick Malaxos as his bid for "Sandbagger of the Year" continues with a net 27...
Our 6 skin players failed to hit and hold the 3rd green even with the easy gold tee yardage I offered up... We'll try to put a little money in your pockets next week on a big ol' easy green #5 ... the $12 carry over will fatten the payday a bit... the $18 skins pot gets divvied 4 ways with Mitch Hull grabbing a free burger and a tip ($9) and Mitch V.K. and Andrew almost earning a beer each ($4.50)
