Whew still trying to recover from our busiest 4th of July EVER... and then it's Julie's birthday and we cooked for a Catskill Watershed Corp luncheon for 150 ... yeah that's my excuse - perhaps I'm just getting a little long in the tooth. I ran these reports last Wednesday and just couldn't pick up my quill to start writing... a poor excuse if ever I heard one.
The Hull's are back on top but Dustin/Mitch are right on their tail and Andrew/Dale are well within strinking range. Pleanty of golf left to play so chin up; it could be your year to win!

Skins/Near Pin is a poor imitation of the prize pools we've had in the past... Where's that competitive spirit? With a piddling 3 players in it to win it .... well that $15 dollar pot just don't go too far. Hope more of you join in tomorrow - mere par is all it often takes to win. The paltry $6 near pin on #5 went to Andrew North who also grabbed 3 skins on holes 4,5,8 . Liam Miller almost duplicated Andrew's feat with 2 skins on pars on the first two holes he played - the most difficult (#1) and a tough par 3 (#2). So divvie that big $9 pot 5 ways and Liam scores $3.60 and Andrew $11.40

This week's featured match? Number 1 Hulls vs Number 2 Dustin/Mitch ... Can Mitch & Larry cement their 1st place standing or will the league see a new leader once again as we head towards the championship?
