Jamie Wilson (38, net 30) / Christopher Stevens (44, net 31) remain in first place with 19 points now separating them from second place Thomas Chairvolotti (30, net 25!!) / Daniel Eignor (37, net 29). Thomas might have scored low gross, but Richard McGlynn (31, net 23!!!) and Tom Squires (37, net 23!!!) both netted two strokes better than Thomas – watch those handicaps fall! Tim Maxim (39, net 31) / Mike Chairvolotti (39, net 30) are in third place with Dan O / Mike Rockwood and the Hulls in close pursuit. Dan O / Mike will have a crack at Thomas / Daniel next week in our featured match!
In this week’s skins / near pin … there were 23 entrants for a $115 pot ($69 skins, $46 near pin)… Mitch Hull birdied the 4th hole for the $34.50 half share; John Mulloy got the other half with the lone birdie on #6. Closest to pin #5 – looked like Mike Lor was going to take the pot but latecomer Gary Hessberger edged him out with a 14′ 9″ effort to take the $46 pot. Next week we’ll play on hole #4 with an easy pin position and a 150 yard forward tee…
