Sure, I’ve got a 9-5 day job that compromises both our restaurant and our golf course maintenance practices (not to mention my own ability to play golf on my own course!) “Normal” practice has been to serve a limited menu Wednesday evening and reserve the full BBQ menu for the weekend…But this week I was left with a shoulder, a brisket, and a 3 pack of ribs after our weekend… so I’m going to have to play hooky from the day job and jump back and forth between the smoker, the kitchen, and my work PC…
I hope you’ll consider having your late lunch or evening meal with us as we will have the full spectrum of fresh out of the cooker/smoker BBQ ready this afternoon: brisket, ribs, pulled pork… and sides… mac-n-cheese, jambalaya, charro beans, cold salads, etc… Sure our burgers, dogs, and fries are great but why not have a taste of award winning BBQ – is it, as claimed, the Best in the Catskills?
